Monday:veg cookery : Duchess potatoes/ glazed beets/ braised cabbage/
Tuesday : RICE: parm risotto/ rice pilaf/ Jardinere Veg/
Wednesday: Pasta : Fresh Pasta/ sauce variations / lasagna
Thursday: EGGS: Benedict and all ways
Friday: we plate full entrees
